ABOUT MOBILE MEDICAL RESPONSE

Mobile Medical Response, Inc. is a non-profit ambulance company providing service in 10 counties across mid and northern Michigan. We are a full service agency providing BLS, ALS and critical care medical transportation services.

MMR’s state of the art medical communications center is responsible for dispatching services for eight counties in our service area, including two air medical programs and flight following services. Our service area covers over 6,000 square miles and over a half million residents. Annually, MMR provides nearly 65,000 transports, traveling nearly three million miles in our ambulances.   

MMR provides pre-hospital care and medical transportation services in the following counties: Saginaw, Bay, Arenac, Tuscola, Clare, Crawford, Isabella, Gratiot, and portions of Shiawassee and Genesee Counties. MMR also manages Iosco County EMS located headquartered in East Tawas.

Over 400 individuals are employed at MMR making up our family of heath care providers, mechanics, billers and administrative staff. Our staff members demonstrate MMR PRIDE through their behaviors, actions and attitude and are encouraged to become leaders at any level of the organization. We value the principles of PROFESSIONALISM, RESPECT, INTEGRITY, DEDICATION and EXCELLENCE.

One of MMR finest assets is our Education Department providing MFR, EMT and Paramedic training courses in several locations across the State. MMR also provides specialty training courses as well as public first aid and CPR training. 

MMR Plus, our membership program offers affordable solutions to out of pocket expenses incurred with ambulance transportation. 

MMR is accredited by CAAS, the Commission on the Accreditation of Ambulance Services, considered to be the gold standard in providing quality care and operational excellence in the EMS industry. We have been CAAS accredited since 1997.
