Ken White, EMT-P, I/C Education Manager

Ken White, EMT-P, I/C Education Manager - Mr. White served his community as an EMT, EMTS and Paramedic for Clare County EMS from 1985 until MMR purchased the service July 1, 1996. During his tenure at Mobile Medical Response Mr. White has worked as a Paramedic and Paramedic Supervisor. In 2001 he earned his Instructor Coordinator license and began teaching. He currently manages the education department.

Teaching credentials include: Training Center Facility for American Heart Association, ACLS, PALS, PEPP, PHTLS, GEMS, AMLS and ASLS.

Active member of the Society of Michigan EMS Instructor Coordinators, Michigan EMS Practitioners Association, National Association of EMS Educators,  National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians.


Rick Holland, NREMT-P, I/C, EMS/Special Ops Training Coordinator

Rick Holland, NREMT-P, I/C, EMS/Special Ops Training Coordinator - Mr. Holland has been in the EMS, Law Enforcement and HAZMAT industry for over 34 years and began his employment at MMR in 1995. He has over 30 years as a Paramedic working transport/non-transport ALS units, mobile intensive care units and for fixed wing/helicopter aeromedical units. Since 1981, Mr. Holland has been instructing all levels of EMS, primarily at the Specialist and Paramedic program levels. He has also taught at Delta College, Great Lakes Junior College and was the Director of the Great Lakes Emergency Services Institute. Mr. Holland is the course coordinator and chief instructor/trainer for a wide variety of specialty courses at MMR, which include; ACLS, PEPP, GEMS, AMLS, ATT, PHTLS, TCCC and ASLS, to name a few. Additionally, he has over 25 years of experience as a law enforcement trainer specializing in tactical medicine, medical counterterrorism, and HAZMAT/WMD response.


Bill Hall, NREMT-P, I/C

Bill Hall, NREMT-P, I/C - Mr. Hall has been working full-time in EMS since 1980. He became a paramedic in 1983 and came to the Saginaw area in 1986 working for Saginaw Mercy Ambulance, Mobile Medical Response and FlightCare Saginaw. He started teaching part-time in 1989, and then began a full-time teaching career in EMS in 2006.  Mr. Hall instructs programs as well as specialty courses, which include: ACLS, PHTLS, BCLS, GEMS and is also a Farm Medic.


Doug Lobsinger, EMT-P, I/C

Doug Lobsinger, EMT-P, I/C - Mr. Lobsinger currently teaches EMT programs in our Mt. Pleasant program. He has a degree in Fire Science, and has been a Paramedic since 1994, with over 20 years of experience in emergency services. Mr. Lobsinger became an instructor in 2008, and is also certified to teach ACLS, PHTLS, BLS, ATT, GEMS and PEPP. He believes in creating a learning environment centered on patient care, professionalism and treating your patient as a family member.


Stephanie Scheib, Paramedic, I/C, BSHA-EM

Stephanie Scheib, Paramedic, I/C, BSHA-EM - Mrs. Scheib began working at MMR in 2004, and has worked in EMS over 20 years.  She is an active member of the Society of Michigan EMS Instructor Coordinators.  Mrs. Scheib is an AHA Instructor of BLS, ACLS, and PALS, in addition to PEPP, PHTLS, GEMS, AMLS, and EMS Safety.  Mrs. Scheib was a speaker at the Michigan EMS Expo in 2009, and assisted with the STEMI study for Saginaw and Tuscola counties.  She completed her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Phoenix with a concentration in Emergency Management in 2014.

Matt Drake, EMT-P, I/C

Matt Drake, EMT-P, I/C - Mr. Drake began his career in pre-hospital emergency medicine with MMR in 2004.  He became a paramedic in 2006 working in the Isabella, Gratiot, and Clare county areas. Mr. Drake is an active member with the NAEMT, Michigan Association of EMS practitioner's association and Society of Michigan EMS Instructor Coordinators. He is a Paramedic supervisor, Field Training Coordinator, Licensed Instructor/Coordinator and has completed the Specialty Care Transport Paramedic program in MMR’s West Division, with an extensive portfolio in customer service.  Mr. Drake instructs a wide variety of programs as well as specialty courses for the American Heart Association and National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, to include: BLS, ACLS, PALS, BDLS, ADLS, AMLS, PHTLS, PEPP, GEMS, TCCC, and also an EMS Safety course instructor. In addition to his EMS career, Mr. Drake is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science and acquiring his Michigan Fire Service Instructor status.
