Mobile Care Connect Sign Up
MMR is pleased to offer our healthcare facility partners the ability to schedule Non-Emergency ambulance transports through a secure web-based portal. Mobile Care Connect is our new online scheduling option – and you’ll only find it with MMR! This no-cost option is easy to use and available 24/7 so staff can make transportation arrangements when it’s convenient for them.
How does it work? Simply log in to Mobile Care Connect from any web browser using your facility’s account and password. There you’ll find a form to be completed for submission to our Medical Communications Center. The form contains the necessary details we require for transport including patient name, payer, time of transport, pick up and drop off locations. You can also include additional equipment needed like cardiac monitor, IV, Oxygen, etc. You can even attach documents like the Physician Certification Statement or medication lists. Your request goes directly to MMR’s accredited dispatch center where it is reviewed and a confirmation is sent back to your staff member scheduling the transport. This process is 100% secure and meets all HIPAA requirements.
For proficiency reasons, Mobile Care Connect is recommended for facilities that schedule a minimum of three non-emergency transports per week. Submit the form below for more details and a demonstration.
